KinderWorld has implemented the Management Trainee Programme since February 2007.

We provide many exciting opportunities for fresh graduate individuals interested in building a  career in the education industry. Most of our trainees have moved on to higher-level positions and are on their way to become KinderWorld’s future leaders.

The Management Trainee Programme 2010 recruitment campaign will be conducted in May 2010.

Who can apply

Acceptance into the Management Trainee Programme requires candidates to meet the following criteria:

-    A fourth year student or fresh university graduate.
-    Background in Economics, Commerce, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Law discipline with high level of English proficiency and computer literacy.
-    High passion for challenge, growth and success, leadership potential, strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and creativity.

Category 2 & 4

a. Trained Teacher with Teaching / Education Degree.
b. Candidates without an Education Degree but with a Degree in other disciplines will be considered.
c. Preferably with some teaching experience.
d. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Category 1 & 3

a. Trained Teacher with Teaching / Education Degree.
b. At least 10 years of teaching experience.
c. Preferably has experience in a leadership position.
