KinderWorld and Novaland sign MOU for Development of International Education Projects in Aqua City, Dong Nai
HO CHI MINH CITY, 28 JUNE 2025 – KinderWorld Vietnam Joint Stock Company (KinderWorld), a subsidiary of KinderWorld International Group Ltd. and Da Lat Valley Real Estate Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Novaland Group, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish international education projects in Aqua City urban area, Dong Nai, Vietnam.
The ceremony was graced with presence of Mr. Ricky Tan – Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Carol Tan – Chief Operating Officer of KinderWorld International Group, Mr. Duong Van Bac – Chief Executive Officer of Novaland Group, Mr. Ngo Hong Hai – Chief Executive Officer of Da Lat Valley, and other key managerial personnel from both KinderWorld and Novaland.

The MOU sets forth strategic collaboration for establishment of KinderWorld International Kindergarten (KIK) and Singapore International School (SIS) in 4 potential land plots in the Aqua City township development. The first school campus, planned for opening in 2026, will feature premier modern facilities, including science laboratories, STEM room, football fields, swimming pool and athletic centre, all designed to foster both academic achievement and extracurricular development.
Mr. Ricky Tan, Chairman, CEO of KinderWorld International Group, said: “We are excited to bring the KinderWorld International Kindergarten and Singapore International School brand to Aqua City and believe this development will significantly add to the overall success of the project.”
Aqua City is a pioneering ecological urban township development, spanning over 1,000 hectares along the Dong Nai River, accommodating around 60,000 residents. The addition of SIS @ Aqua City will further enhance Aqua City’s appeal to families seeking a holistic lifestyle that combines sustainable living with global education access.
