A seminar on “Business Opportunities in Can Tho City of Vietnam” was organized on 29 May 2019 in Singapore by the Can Tho authorities led by the Chairman of the People’s Council – Mr Pham Van Hieu. The event was graced by Mdm. Tao Thi Thanh Huong - the Vietnam Ambassador to Singapore.
